Stroller Friendly Dining Recs From SF Food Critics

This week KQED's Forum featured three local food writers talking about dining trends in 2014. The panel included:

  • Carolyn Jung, dining blogger at; former food writer and editor for the San Jose Mercury News; and author of the "San Francisco Chef's Table"
  • Meesha Halm, local editor of the Zagat Bay Area Restaurant Guide
  • Michael Bauer, executive food and wine editor and restaurant critic at the San Francisco Chronicle; and member of the James Beard Foundation Restaurant Awards Committee

I reached out to ask their suggestions on stroller-friendly dining and got a few great recommendations, and a few that weren't so innovative (like, "try Chinese restaurants.") But overall I agree with the sentiments--dining early and finding places that are welcoming of families is key! Listen in below to hear their thoughts.
